American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring a WI or compact RN license, recent Epic experience, and strong ICU background.
Responsibilities
- Position is based in a 10-bed ICU within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts, including coverage every other weekend and holiday
- Floating to other facilities as needed, including Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago
- No on-call or call back responsibilities
- Recent experience with Epic charting system within the last 12 months required
- Provide critical care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- COVID-19 vaccination required unless medical or religious exemption applies
- Scrub color is flexible; any color is permitted
- Must be willing to float to other units or facilities based on census needs
- Holiday coverage is required
- Active WI or compact RN license
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum of 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
- At least one completed travel contract preferred
- Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills
