Description
American Traveler is hiring a PSG Tech for a night shift Sleep Medicine assignment requiring RPSGT certification and 1 years of post-registration experience in an AASM accredited sleep center.
Details
- Sleep Medicine unit with 2 beds
- Patient ratio of 2:1
- Medical patient population
- Responsible for overseeing 2 in-lab sleep studies per shift, 3 nights weekly
- Uses Natus XLTEK SleepWorks equipment
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Night shift schedule (3x12), 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- No call requirements
Requirements
- RPSGT and BLS certification required; RRT-SDS or CRT-SDS also accepted; license required if applicable
- Minimum of 1 years of experience post registration, preferably in an AASM accredited sleep center
- Must be able to work unsupervised and independently
Additional Information
- Black scrubs required
- Up to 5 days of RTO allowed, must be made up during the assignment
