American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week post-acute care assignment using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

• Post-acute care setting within a physical therapy unit
• Day shifts, 8 hours per day; no weekends or holidays
• 40 hours per week
• Charting is completed using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• No on-call or call-back shifts available

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Active PT license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required (copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted)
• Driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to an adjusted pay rate

• Local candidates are accepted; candidates living within 80 miles of the facility qualify as local
• Active state licensure must be in place at time of consideration; pending licenses will not be accepted
