American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring 1-2 years of experience and significant hands-on experience with Hitachi open magnet MRI equipment.

• 295-bed acute care hospital serving an 11-county region
• MRI and Diagnostic Radiology departments
• Interventional MRI specialty
• Works with older Hitachi open magnet MRI equipment
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• May be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility

• 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility
• Significant experience operating Hitachi MRI equipment
• AHA certifications required
• Active license required if applicable
• Social security number and date of birth required for consideration

• Weekly orientation held on Mondays
• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignment pay
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
