American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for an outpatient setting requiring 2 years of experience and ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certification.

• Outpatient mammography setting
• Rotating weekly schedule alternating Mon/Tue/Wed and Wed/Thu/Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 24 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• No weekend shifts
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Uses Cerner charting system (preferred experience)
• Uses Hologic 3D mammography equipment
• Performs 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, digital mammography, and screening mammograms

• Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience required
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications required
• X-ray technologist experience preferred
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Proficiency in digital quality assurance procedures
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE preferred
• License required if applicable

• Must be willing to float based on facility census and staffing needs
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Wine-colored scrubs required
• Local candidates not accepted; must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least three years before returning as a traveler
• Maximum of 10 days RTO permitted
• Candidates requesting holiday RTO must be willing to work one of the three major holidays
