Description
American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a skilled nursing/LTC unit requiring 2 years of experience and BLS certification.
Details
- Post-acute care setting within a long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) unit
- 13-week assignment with an 8-hour shift schedule
- Shifts scheduled 6:00 AM-2:30 PM and 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
- Requires working every other weekend and holiday
- Uses a computerized charting system other than common EMR platforms
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
- BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, both including dates of employment and rehire eligibility
