Description
American Traveler is hiring a LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, working 12-hour night shifts every weekend.
Details
- Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
- Post-acute care patient population
- 12-hour night shifts scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- 36 hours per week
- Charting is performed using a computerized EMR system
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable; must be active and in good standing at time of consideration — pending licensure will not be accepted
- Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required; no exceptions
- Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required — pending certifications not accepted
- Driver's license required for consideration
- 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
- Nursys verification required
Additional Information
- Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be eligible at an adjusted rate
- No on-call or call-back shifts available
- A 14-day notice is required if a clinician needs to end the assignment early
