American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position requiring recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience and advanced critical care skills including hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.

• 18-bed ICU in a hospital setting
• Patient population includes surgical, trauma, neuro, plastics, multiple organ failure, and sepsis cases
• Day/night rotation, 36 hours per week
• Advanced hemodynamic monitoring performed on unit
• ICP monitoring including ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVDs
• Management of ventilated patients
• Administration of pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications
• Assistance with line insertion and maintenance, including PA lines with waveform interpretation
• Care of lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 references from managers required for consideration
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma ICU experience within the last 2 years required
• Proficiency with advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and vasoactive medication administration

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
