American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health Case Manager position in Sioux Falls, SD, requiring Epic proficiency and on-call weekend availability.

• Home health setting with a post-acute care focus
• Monday through Friday day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts
• On-call coverage required every 3rd–4th weekend and one day per week
• One holiday coverage required
• Uses Epic EMR
• 13-week contract

• Active SD or Compact RN license, currently in hand (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience required — no exceptions
• Valid driver's license required
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

• Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles are accepted at a different rate
• BSN is not required for this position
