Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with Siemens equipment experience and at least one year of hospital-based experience for a Magnet-designated teaching hospital.
Details
- CT Tech position within the Radiology / Cardiology department
- 186-staffed-bed Magnet-designated teaching hospital
- Day shift schedule, 3x12.5 hours, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- 37.5 hours per week
- Uses Epic EMR
- Utilizes Siemens CT equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hospital-based CT Tech experience required, with overnight coverage
- ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required
- CT license required if applicable
- Epic EMR experience required
- Teaching hospital, community hospital, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
- Experience with 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and ROI measurement
- Proficient in abdomen/pelvis, chest, head/neck, spine, and musculoskeletal CT imaging
- Experience with vascular CTA, brain perfusion, and cardiac CT (calcium scoring, coronary angiography) preferred
- Skilled in contrast media preparation/administration, peripheral IV starts, radiation safety, and isolation precautions/PPE
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Perform CT imaging across adult and pediatric acute care, outpatient, ICU, and Emergency Department settings
- Free parking provided

- Local candidates not accepted within 75 miles of the facility
- Former staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 2 years to be eligible as a traveler
