Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification and an active or compact Ohio license required prior to start.
Details
- Work within the CT Tech unit performing radiology and cardiology CT procedures
- Weekend night shifts, Saturday/Sunday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (2x12 hour shifts)
- Coordinate and perform CT procedures under physician direction
- Administer contrast material per protocol
- Set exposure factors according to established imaging protocols
- Operate and adjust CT equipment as needed
- Work independently or as part of an Imaging Team
Requirements
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- AHA BLS certification required in hand
- Active Ohio license or compact license required prior to start (license required if applicable)
- Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in CT preferred
- Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the CT specialty required
- Negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) required within 12 months of start and updated annually
Additional Information
- Facility accepts local candidates at the same bill rate
- Facility is 100% tobacco free with no smoking or tobacco use permitted on site
- Travelers other than nurses and CSTs must be nicotine free
- Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this facility for one year from their previous end date
- RTO must be discussed and finalized during the interview process
