Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel CT Technologist (Multi-Modality CT/X-Ray) for a 13-week night shift assignment in a freestanding emergency department setting, requiring 2 years of hospital experience and active NH imaging licensure.
Details
- Position is located in a freestanding emergency room (FSER) setting
- Multimodality role covering both CT and X-Ray
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts
- Two-week rotation: Week 1 – Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6 days on, 8 days off)
- GE equipment used for imaging
- Expanse documentation system
- Floating to other areas within the hospital is possible but very rare
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required
- Active ARRT certification in both Radiography (R) and CT required
- Active BLS and ACLS required
- Active NH imaging license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
- Proficiency in both CT and X-Ray (multimodality)
- Must have active experience within the last 6 months in the role
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Perform CT and general X-Ray imaging in a freestanding emergency room environment
- Great team support reported by the unit
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
