Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and ARRT (CT) certification for a 13-week acute care radiology assignment on the Oregon coast.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting in a combined CT/X-Ray radiology unit
- Uses a Siemens Somatom Perspective 64-slice CT scanner with pre-built protocols
- Charting via Cerner EMR
- 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- All CT/X-Ray Techs rotate one weekday night of call per week (Mon–Thu: 11:00 PM–6:00 AM; Fri: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- Weekend call coverage (Sat: 7:30 PM–7:00 AM; Sun: 7:30 PM–6:00 AM) is shared only when the dedicated weekend CT Tech is unavailable
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
- Current BLS required
- Proficiency with C-arm operation required; OR/pain management C-arm experience preferred
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Oregon license required if applicable

- Responsibilities include CT imaging and X-Ray procedures
- Position is primarily day shift with a rotating weekday call night
- Housing recommended in the Coos Bay or North Bend areas along the Oregon coast
