Details & Requirements of the CT/X-ray Technologist position.....
· Location: Oregon
· Start Date: ASAP
· 13 Week Contract
In this position you will:
- Demonstrate complete understanding of multi-slice CT scan applications.
- Accurately provide diagnostic images and related functions.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of human anatomy to satisfactorily allow optimum positioning of patients for imaging procedure. Perform procedure in a manner which allows patients to be comfortable, both physically and emotionally.
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of radiation safety, use of protective devices and application of universal precaution techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and information of current scan techniques.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program.
- 1 year Experience as a CT Technologist
- ARRT
- Oregon Radiologic Tech license
