Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology/Cardiology EP Technologist with strong EP scrubbing and documentation experience, including proficiency in AFib recording and scrubbing.
Details
- Work in a hospital-based Electrophysiology Lab
- Procedures include EP studies and ablations, with emphasis on AFib cases
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- No floating outside of the EP unit
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Demonstrated experience scrubbing and documenting EP cases is required
- Strong proficiency in AFib recording and scrubbing is required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active, non-pending license required if applicable
- Two professional references required for consideration
- PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include recording and scrubbing of EP studies and ablations
- First-time travelers may be considered provided they have sufficient EP field experience
- Local candidates are not accepted for this position
