Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / IR Technologist with cardiac experience and STEMI call capability for a Level II cath lab specializing in interventional cardiology.
Details
- Level II cath lab performing interventional cardiology and interventional radiology without open-heart surgery
- Primary procedures include angiograms and stenting
- 5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week over a 23-26 week assignment
- Call required once a week on every 4th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Candidates may float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
Requirements
- Current ACLS and ARRT certification required
- IABP and Impella competency required
- Cardiac experience required with ability to take STEMI call
- Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
- License required if applicable
- Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information
- Perform interventional cardiology and interventional radiology procedures including angiograms and stenting
- Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local and paid at local rates
- Permanent tax home address must be included at time of consideration
- RTO must be submitted at time of consideration
