Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week cardiac cath lab assignment in Illinois, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures including LHC, RHC, devices, peripherals, and carotids.
Details
- Work in a hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting
- Procedures include left and right heart catheterization (LHC/RHC), device implants, peripheral vascular, and carotid interventions
- 4x10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- One weekday on call per week and one weekend on call every 4 weeks on a rotating schedule
- Holiday coverage is required on a rotating basis
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience preferred
- IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) radiation certification required for the state of Illinois
- Active state license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include scrubbing and X-raying cath lab cases across a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures
