American Traveler is seeking a Breast Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist with 2–5 years of experience including strong breast ultrasound expertise for a 13-week outpatient contract in Brookline, MA.

• Outpatient clinic setting with walk-in patients
• Shifts are a mix of 8-hour and 10-hour days, Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week with no call and no weekend requirements
• No floating required

• Minimum of 2–5 years of ultrasound experience with a strong focus in breast sonography
• Proficiency in breast biopsies and cyst aspirations required
• General ultrasound experience required in addition to breast expertise
• OBGYN ultrasound experience is a strong plus
• Active MA sonography license required if applicable
• ARDMS or equivalent certification required

• Perform breast and general ultrasounds, breast biopsies, and cyst aspirations
• COVID vaccine and booster and flu vaccine required; medical exemptions are accepted
• Free parking is available for employees at this location
• Candidates must have been separated from any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility for at least 6 months and be in good standing to be considered, regardless of prior employment type (permanent, per diem, or contract)
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; this position may consider local candidates on a case-by-case basis given the specialized nature of the role
