American Training, a non-profit Human Services company, is seeking a Full-time, Program Director. The Program Director responsible for the development and growth of the Day Services Program site to include regulatory compliance and reporting as well as Colleague supervision and professional development. As a Program Director, you will play a key role in empowering our Guests to maximize their potential in living meaningful and memorable lives!
What does a Program Director do?
- Direct, monitor, and supervise all Colleagues in the program
- Ensure that data collection systems are in place and reviewed on a regular basis for accuracy and compliance
- Analyzing data to determine and identify areas for improvement or success
- Work collaboratively with Colleagues to develop and implement a FUN curriculum both in program and in the community
- Develop and implement a growth plan for all Day Services programs
- Build relationships with the community to establish a wide variety of opportunities for Guests to participate in
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with people with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities is required
- Experience working in a Clinical setting
- Minimum of 5 years of Supervisory experience
- Exceptionally strong communication and relationship building skills
- Creative, innovative thinker with strong organizational skills
- Satisfactory CORI and DDS finger printing
