Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an Accounting & Administration Manager who is, first and foremost, a strong accountant. This role is grounded in accounting and financial management — the right candidate brings deep accounting expertise and takes on HR compliance and administrative oversight as a secondary responsibility. Beyond the technical chops, you're someone people genuinely enjoy working with. You're approachable, collaborative, and naturally curious about how the business runs. You don't wait to be asked — you look for ways to bring useful data and financial visibility to the people who need it, whether that's a department head trying to manage costs or leadership planning for the year ahead. You're comfortable leading a small team while still being in the weeds yourself, and you bring an ownership mentality to everything you touch.
