We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize computer software.
- Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Support other administrative staff with projects and tasks as required.
Skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Experience working at a front desk or in a similar clerk role is preferred.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
