American Technology Components, Inc. is seeking a reliable and dedicated employee to be part of our team as an Administrative Assistant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming phone calls and accurately transfer to personnel by department and location.
- Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide professional customer service and communication via phone, in person, email and mail.
- Send outgoing mail and distribute any incoming mail to recipient.
- Conduct data entry, scanning of business documents, and attaching scanned documents to office cloud base system.
- Support office staff and senior staff as needed.
- Manage office equipment and coordinate with IT and service technicians as needed.
- Maintain organization of office documents and supplies.
- Order and maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Assist with coordinating of employee events.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, administrative, or receptionist experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
