Responsibilities:
- Work with the technical implementation teams to understand the product document requirements.
- Create and edit high-quality technical documentation for mobile applications, including software and system architecture, design, and product requirements.
- Assist in the creation and submission of documentation required for compliance with our Quality Management System.
- Assist in establishing and continuously improving the standardization and simplification of technical writing processes, procedures, and style guidelines.
- Contribute to documentation development lifecycle improvements
- Convert legacy/previous formatting to latest formatting/style guidelines.
- Create documentation based on standardized templates.
- Analyze and edit content to maintain continuity of style and content.
- Assess the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended.
- Conduct document reviews and collect input from stakeholders.
- Create data flow diagrams, component diagrams, and similar technical illustrations.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
- At least 5 (five) years of experience in:Writing technical reports, analyzing technical literature, writing descriptive copy, and verifying documentation with appropriate sources.Ability to use various word-processing and desktop publishing software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, ADOBE CC, HTML, and XML.S1000D specification for the production of technical publications.
Salary : $74,800 - $124,900
