Part of the Supply Chain Team, you are the driving force that coordinates the end-to-end flow of materials, information, and resources, from suppliers to customers. This role encompasses demand forecasting, procurement, production planning, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles, exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
The Leader, Trade Compliance will be responsible for ensuring import and export activities are in compliance with all applicable trade regulations and laws. This individual will oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with trade regulations, including but not limited to, import and export regulations, customs laws, and trade agreements.
The Leader, Trade Compliance will also supervise a team of trade compliance specialists and work with other departments within the company to ensure that all trade-related activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations.

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable
laws and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with external trade-related
organizations and government agencies. Communicate regularly with senior leadership
regarding trade compliance issues, developments and potential impact to the business -
Oversee the preparation and submission of import and export documentation. Act as a Vendor Relations liaison with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third-party service
providers to ensure compliance with regulations. -
Manage a team of trade compliance specialists and provide guidance on trade compliance
issues. Maintain records and documentation related to global trade activities. -
Work with internal departments to ensure that trade-related activities are conducted in
compliance with applicable regulations - Participate in internal audits and investigations related to trade compliance

Support the master data system management process including STIBO and SAP to assure
correct data is flowing to the system -
Develop and deliver training to employees and business stakeholders on trade compliance
regulatory updates and impact to our business -
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and
international trade regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- 5 years of trade compliance or applicable experience
- Experience managing a team remotely and external vendors
- Thorough knowledge of import and export regulations, customs laws, and trade agreements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with government agencies and external trade-related organizations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Certification in trade compliance preferred (e.g., Certified Customs Specialist, Certified Export Specialist)
- Experience working in a multinational company preferred
The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $91,000.00-$130,000.00 annually.
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Short Term Incentive plan of 10%.
