Hours of Work:
- 2nd Shift: 3:30pm to 12:00am

Responsibilities & Main Activities
- Perform machine setup for efficient operation of packaging lines
- Ensures product change-over will be done according to the SOP requirements
- Optimize time and resource allocation techniques, and performance within manufacturing specifications
- Familiar with the flow of materials to and from the production area to maintain line operational continuity
- Have the knowledge of the repairs, preventative maintenance and daily support of packaging equipment in the manufacturing of aerosol products
- Assist in troubleshooting of any issues
- Understand the cGMP compliances as it impacts production requirements
- Knowing all applicable regulations and safety issues that govern the aerosol filling operation
- Must have experience working with Quality Control and Maintenance to achieve optimum results
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulations and regulatory authorities as it relates to the Fire Code, OSHA, DEP, and DOT
Education and Experience
- The Machine Operator must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in manufacturing as it relates to filling, assembly, and packaging
- Technical degree or background strongly preferred
- Knowledge or ability to learn to operate packaging machinery, including, but not limited to, labelers & shrink bundlers
Knowledge
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Knowledge of Hazardous Waste Materials
- DOT, DEP, Fire Code
