Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator for our second shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to wind high-quality transformer coils efficiently and safely. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and commitment to safety will drive the success of our production processes. Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery with precision, ensuring adherence to production specifications and safety standards.
- Use hand tools and machining equipment to perform setup and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate production logs, and shift reports to ensure traceability and accountability.
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing is highly preferred. This is not a warehouse/material handling position.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and machining equipment effectively.
- Basic math skills are necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality checks.
- Must be able to use a tape measure accurately to 1/32 of an inch.
- Employees must stand for the entire 8 hour shift.
- Knowledge of tig welding is highly preferred. We will train an outstanding candidate
Pay: $20.00 per hour
