Machine Helpers work alongside Machine Operators to support production lines, keep jobs running smoothly, and maintain our high standards for quality and efficiency. *Minimum 1-Year of Manufacturing Experience Required*
Must be able to lift 50lbs. occasionally
*Pre-Employment Drug Test & Criminal Background Check Required*
Available Shifts: *1st Shift 6am-2pm Monday - Friday
*2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm Monday-Friday. Must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed.
**Retention Bonus - Earn $250 at month 3 and 6 of your employment, up to $500!**
Responsibilities:
- Assists with machine and work area setup and operations
- Inspects product ensuring quality and communicates issues to operator
- Organizes and stages materials and completed product
- Helps in other production areas as needed
- Maintain proper documentation on jobs.
- Keeps the work area and equipment safe, clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow verbal and written job instructions in English
- Must be a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in production or manufacturing preferred
- Move/lift 20 lbs frequently and push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and twist throughout shift
