Responsibilities
- Educate homeowners on solar energy options through in-home consultations and personalized proposals.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing while meeting monthly sales goals.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and self-driven outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support customer needs and project success.
- Follow up on company-provided leads and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience. Preferred experience in the home improvement industry.
- Ability and comfort level to sell face to face
- Skill and confidence in asking for referrals to build your individual book of business.
- $45,000 Base Salary Uncapped Commissions Bonus pay
- First Year On-Target Earnings: $125,000-$150,000
- Company provided leads and extra commissions on self-discovered business leads (your hustle = your reward)
