To that purpose, we are committed to providing our customers with an easy and fun furniture shopping experience. The Customer Service Representative is a key part within the store to meet that goal. This role has a broad range of responsibility and reports directly to Operations Manager.
Successfully Drives Business Objectives
· Maintains standards for efficient and proper communication to customers
· Develops talent through hands on teaching and coaching
· Responsible for daily support via phones for stores, customers and drivers
· Responsible for daily completion of the Product Confirmation Calls to customers
· Responsible for customer service follow up calls and surveys are completed per company standards
· Responsible for the dispatch process with the office team
· Supports the workstream of analyzing the completion rate and nonproductive to identify root cause
· Supports the workstream for all service call routes are completed and analyzed daily; regularly communicates findings
· Participates in the proper execution of Uniters Claim process (charge for delivery)
· Maintains the company standards to keep a clean, well-organized facility
· Provides insight and ideas for solutions based on customer feedback
QUALIFICATIONS
· Demonstrate ability to handle customer calls displaying excellent phone skills
· Proven track record of team player and customer service environment
· Proactive approach to identity and solve problems
· Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
· Ability to effectively communicate information in one on one and small group situations to customers/ team members
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
· High school diploma or general education (GED); or equivalent combination of school and experience
· Ability to work 20-25 hours weekly . Additional flexibility to accommodate needs of business; including evenings and weekends.
