American Security Associates Inc is actively seeking qualified candidates for entry level truck gate movement specialist. Specifically the night shift.

Overview
We are seeking three dedicated and vigilant experienced Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the day to day operation of a main truck gate entrance and a highly visible public entrance.. These positions will be working closely with other security personnel to check in trucks from all over the nation. This requires proven experience in transportation paperwork, such a freight documents, BOL's, equipment surveys, loading and unloading appointment times and working closely with shipping and receiving key personnel. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Total focus, good penmenship and a eye for detail will put you at the front of the line. Those with current Arkansas Private Security Credential's, along with the aforementioned experience will experience an in person interview with our hiring manager. Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques when necessary.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations.
• Prepare detailed reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur during shifts.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
• Give directions as needed. Challenge suspecious persons and activities. SEE something SAY something every time !
• Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound freight movement.

Experience

• Previous experience in law enforcement, logistics, transportation, security inventory, is preferred.
• Certification in security training or related fields is a plus.
• Be familiar with basic computer skills
