Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Regional Manager to oversee and manage security operations onsite at our location in Marietta, GA. Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, ensuring operational compliance, building client relationships, and coordinating security programs. The Regional Manager will also handle staff training, performance evaluations, and operational improvements to deliver exceptional customer service and safety standards. This role requires proactive leadership and effective problem-solving skills to meet the goals of our organization and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
