Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Plant Manager to lead our metal recycling operations with energy and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all metal processing to eventually metal shipments while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement production plans using ERP systems such as SAP and MRP modules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demand.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying recycling principles and process improvement strategies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Oversee supply chain management, including inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply chain analytics to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage plant operations by supervising staff in quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recycling, quality control, and operational efficiency to identify areas for enhancement.
