Sales Performance Analyst

Primary Purpose of Job:

Collects, analyzes and reports on sales performance data for the Consumer Banking division. Develops sales forecasts and monitors the relationship between sales, growth, and incentives. 

Major Job Accountabilities:

• Designs and produces standard and ad-hoc reports and presentations, including preparing sales forecasts, and collecting and analyzing data to evaluate current sales goals. 
• Distills information from various large databases into meaningful, summarized results on a daily, weekly, quarterly and annual basis. 
• Creates new reports, and ensures data accuracy in the EDW (enterprise data warehouse). 
• Develops and maintains sales portals for lines of business within Consumer Banking. 
• Assists in the administration of the CRM system, including developing pipeline management reports.

Experience Required:

• Demonstrated work experience producing accurate and meaningful summary reports for management use in assessing business efficiencies and supporting sales performance management.

Required Skills or Training:

• Working knowledge of bank branch operations is a plus.
• Working knowledge of statistical software, analytical tools and data query program languages, e.g., MS Access, VBA, SQL and Cognos Business Objects is a plus.
• Able to analyze and evaluate statistical data to ensure the accuracy of the data.
• Able to work under minimal supervision with strong organizational and time-management skills, and collaborate with external and internal customers, teammates, and management.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). 
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
