Job Summary
The Production Assistant works closely with the Fulfillment Manager and production team to provide production support to all areas of the production team.
Essential functions:
- Follow direction of Fulfillment Manager to support a variety of aspects of production
- Responsibilities range daily from folding and packing finished products, steaming and inspecting final embellished products, back stamping t-shirts, supporting embroidery and Screenprinting departments and leads, and other duties as needed to accommodate production floor needs
Competencies:
- Hardworking and self-motivated with ability to work at a fast pace with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
- Ability to set an example of urgency amongst team members
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with other team members and management concerning problems and possible solutions.
- Responds and follows through with detailed instructions from management.
- Ability to manage time effectively, be motivated and highly organized.
- Ability to change priorities when needed and multitask effectively
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, push, pull and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. is required.
