Hiring immediately. Portland ME area construction company, looking for someone familiar administrative but construction industry a plus but not required for office work and related software. Also, Computer literacy is required. Experience with Buildertrend is helpful but will train the right person. .
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinates workflow of all appropriate paperwork and phone calls regarding job folders and permitting.
· Scanning and filing job information.
· Data Entry
· Telephone contact for customer interactions including answering calls, setting sales or service appointments and following up with customers on a variety of topics.
· Supports management and mission statement of the company.
