What You'll Do

As a Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners after plumbing inspections or service evaluations to review their plumbing concerns and recommend repair, replacement, or system upgrade options. You'll explain available solutions, discuss the benefits of each option, answer customer questions, and help homeowners make confident decisions about protecting their homes.

You'll prepare professional proposals, maintain accurate customer records and estimates in ServiceTitan, follow up on pending opportunities, and coordinate closely with the service, installation, and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience from the initial consultation through project completion. Your role is centered on building relationships, educating customers, and delivering solutions that create lasting trust.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for professionals with experience in consultative sales, in-home sales, home improvement sales, or other customer-focused sales environments. Previous experience selling plumbing, HVAC, remodeling, roofing, windows, or similar residential services is highly preferred.

Successful candidates are confident communicators who listen well, build rapport quickly, and can present solutions in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly manner. Strong organization, consistent follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service are essential.

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a plus. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and be willing to maintain a flexible schedule that may occasionally include evenings or weekends.
