About the Division
Formerly Duratech, our Redford team is now part of American Roller Company, supplying refurbished rubber and urethane rollers and trusted service throughout the Midwest and Canada.
Role Overview
Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional and cross-border routes while serving as a customer-facing representative for scheduled pickups and deliveries.
Core Responsibilities
- Run regional freight across the U.S. and Canada with a focus on safety
- Pick up and deliver industrial rollers with proper handling and protection
- Coordinate delivery windows with dispatch and plant operations
- Assist with loading/unloading; confirm shipment accuracy and documentation
- Capture and relay customer feedback and service opportunities
- Complete logs, inspections, and remain fully compliant with DOT regulations
- Represent American Roller Company professionally on every stop
Candidate Profile
- Valid CDL Class A
- Authorized to travel to/from Canada (passport or required documentation)
- Clean MVR and active FMCSA Clearinghouse status
- 2 years of commercial driving preferred
- Proficient with routing, GPS, and trip planning
- Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
- Forklift experience preferred or willingness to train
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet physical job requirements
Compensation
- $0.65–$0.70 per mile (experience-based)
- $35 per stop
- Weekly pay

- Average annual earnings: $70,000–$85,000

Schedule & Home Time
