- Monitor fire alerts and respond to active fire scenes in assigned territories.
- Establish positive relationships with homeowners, fire departments, and adjusters.
- Educate property owners on emergency services and secure signed work authorizations.
- Log all activity and leads in CRM in real time.
- Coordinate with estimators and project managers for rapid follow-up.
- Represent H2O Away professionally and compliantly at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends and in high-stress environments.
- Experience in sales, restoration, or emergency services preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Professional, empathetic demeanor.
- Commission-based (percentage of signed/sold fire losses).
- Performance bonuses based on monthly conversion targets.
