As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and personable Business Development Representative to help grow our referral network and build long-lasting community partnerships.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, relationship-focused Business Development Rep who loves meeting new people, building trust, and opening doors. In this role, you’ll be the face of Hydro Heroes—connecting with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, real estate professionals, and other referral partners to promote our services.
This position is perfect for someone energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated. If you’re someone who thrives on creating meaningful connections, setting up meetings, hosting lunches, and staying consistently in front of partners—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners in our service area.
- Make regular in-person visits, phone calls, and follow-ups to nurture ongoing partnerships.
- Schedule and host lunches, meetings, and drop-by visits to introduce Hydro Heroes’ services.
- Track outreach, leads, and wins through CRM or company systems.
- Represent Hydro Heroes professionally at community events, networking groups, and industry meetings.
- Work closely with ownership to develop outreach strategies and monthly targets.
- Stay knowledgeable about Hydro Heroes services so you can confidently communicate value to partners.
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly outreach goals.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people person with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Confident speaking with business professionals and initiating new connections.
- Organized with strong follow-through and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and out in the field.
- Previous business development, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus (not required).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
- Base Salary Competitive Commission StructureThe more you produce, the more you earn. We reward performance and effort.
