Responsibilities
- Manage tenant inquiries, answering phones and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in all communications.
- Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, organization of files, and overseeing general office duties.
- Assist with bookkeeping activities, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
- Facilitate communication between departments by managing correspondence, supporting personal, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
Experience
- Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience providing excellent customer support with strong phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of office management practices such as filing systems, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
