Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Property Manager role based in Littleton, CO. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, ensuring properties are well-maintained, preparing budgets, managing vendor contracts, conducting periodic property inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also involves supervising maintenance teams, handling leasing activities, overseeing rent collection, and preparing financial reports for property performance evaluation.
Qualifications
- Property management experience, understanding of leasing, tenant relations, and vendor coordination.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, and ability to oversee personnel effectively.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and property-related compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
- Appropriate property management certifications (e.g., CAM, CPM, or ARM) are a plus.
