We are looking for a Transport Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and people from one location to another, ensuring that all cargo is loaded and unloaded correctly and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, excellent driving skills, and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Drive safely and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Keep records of vehicle inspections and make sure all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor the condition of the cargo to ensure it is secure during transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
