YOUR MISSION
- Work with your crew to achieve 100% daily route completion with zero client complaints — every single day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Operate zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed whackers, and leaf blowers
- Keep equipment fueled, stocked, and clean — blown off and emptied at end of every day
- Work on Yard Cleanup and Landscape Bed Maintenance Projects
- Perform general landscaping and outdoor maintenance as needed
PAY & BENEFITS
- Starting pay: $18/hr Pay potential: $21/hr performance bonuses

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must live in Bay City or Essexville, MI
- Reliable transportation to our Bay City shop by 8:30 AM
- Able to work 10 hour days outdoors
- Strong communicator who can lead a small team and follow directions
- Dependable, accountable, and consistent — this is a no-excuses crew
