Our team members are usually creative problem solvers, think collaboratively, and get to think of new out of the box ideas to try!This job is a Seasonal Position. We are flexible with scheduling!Essential ResponsibilitiesOversee all staffing needs and operations of the companySupport candidate screening and hiring processesAssist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plansDevelop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positionsAssume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requestsCollaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensationEnsure compliance with internal and external policies and regulationsPrepare and submit reports on staffing operationsSkills and QualificationsKnowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practicesOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesReliable with a respect to confidentialityPhysical RequirementsSitting, Standing, and Walking.Prolonged use of computers involved; use of hands and finger coordination.Carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs.NOTEThe specific examples in each section are not intended to be all-inclusive, they represent the typical elements and criteria considered necessary to perform.
