Overall Responsibilities:
- Follow production schedule for manufacturing of specific items
- Eliminate waste by following procedures and best practices
- Monitor equipment and molds to ensure that they are in good working order
- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Assist in manufacturing related special projects when applicable
Skills:
- Proven experience as operator
- Basic understanding of manufacturing process
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
