Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking skilled, detail-oriented Plumbers who specialize in plumbing installation. We are not a residential service company. Our team focuses on ground-up construction, focusing on the proper layout, sizing, and installation of complete domestic water supply and sewer drainage systems.
Your work will directly involve projects across high-end custom residential, large-scale multi-family developments and hotel builds.
Key Responsibilities
· System Installation: Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and mechanical specs to install complete underground and above-ground domestic water (PEX, copper, CPVC) and DWV (Drain, Waste, and Vent) systems.
· Layout & Sizing: Properly size, grade, run, and support lines according to local plumbing codes and engineering specifications.
· Rough-Ins & Trim: Execute complete rough-in plumbing through top-out and final fixture setting for multi-unit layouts and large-scale structures.
· Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform head pressure, air, and hydrostatic testing on supply and drainage lines prior to wall closure to ensure system integrity.
· System Warranty Repair: Conduct occasional troubleshooting or repairs on our own installed systems if damaged during construction by other trades/contractors.
· Code Compliance: Ensure all work adheres strictly to local, state, and national plumbing codes.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Experience: 2 years of experience in commercial, multi-family, or new construction plumbing (top-tier experience is prioritized).
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, isometric drawings, and mechanical schematics.
· Material Expertise: Expert knowledge in joining, fitting and installing PVC/ABS, copper, and PEX piping systems.
· Problem Solving: Ability to identify layout conflicts on-site and adjust runs while maintaining proper pitch and code compliance.
· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work in crawl spaces, trenches, and on scaffolding or aerial lifts when required.
· Transportation: Valid driver’s license required.
Why Join Us?
· No On-Call Service Drives: Focus strictly on planned construction projects—no middle-of-the-night emergency residential service calls.
· Consistent, High-Volume Work: Long-term project pipelines in growing multi-family and commercial sectors.
· Benefits After One Year: Paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, and 401(k) matching, dental, 25k life insurance.
