Education:
- BA/BS (Engineering, Construction or Related Field Desired)
- Estimating (QuoteSoft/Quickpen/AutoBid/Other)
- Sales Experience
- Drafting / BIM
- OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a Plus)
Skills:
- Communication (Via Phone - emails last)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional problem solver
- Tech Savy
- Understanding of the project management lifecycle
- Able to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Project scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Sage/Timberline
- Bluebeam/Procore
