A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC SERVICE SUPERVISOR:

Each day, you start with a cup of coffee, ready to take on a new challenge. You gather your team of skilled HVAC technicians, sharing insights and strategies for the day ahead. Your morning involves overseeing the installation of a complex HVAC system at a commercial property – your expertise shines as you guide your team through every intricate detail.

As lunchtime approaches, you're called to troubleshoot an AC service call – your quick thinking and problem-solving skills lead to a satisfied customer. Throughout the day, you mentor and train your team, ensuring they're equipped with the knowledge they need to excel. As the sun sets, you reflect on a day filled with accomplishments, teamwork, and satisfied clients.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

• Extensive experience in training and developing HVAC service techs and installers.

• Proficiency in running AC service calls and overseeing complex installations.
n
• Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
n

Preferred: Experience with Service Titan, 2 years of HVAC installation experience, and 2 years of commercial HVAC troubleshooting experience.

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

This is a full-time opportunity with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, plus on-call responsibilities. You'll be working in the vibrant communities of Cape Coral and Ft. Myers, FL, contributing to the comfort of local residents while enjoying the sunny lifestyle of the Sunshine State.
