Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to support and improve our day-to-day IT operations across our corporate office and multiple branch locations. This role requires someone who can balance responsive user support with forward progress on systems, infrastructure, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and takes ownership of both immediate issues and long-term IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
User Support & Daily Operations
- Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Systems & Infrastructure
- Maintain and support servers, networks, and cloud-based systems
- Monitor system performance, backups, and security protocols
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Multi-Location Support
- Provide IT support for both the corporate office and multiple branch locations
- Ensure consistent systems, processes, and user experience across all sites
- Proactively engage with branch teams to resolve issues and identify improvements
- Coordinate remote support and occasional on-site support as needed
Project Execution & Improvement
- Plan and execute IT projects (system upgrades, migrations, process improvements)
- Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
- Track and communicate progress on initiatives to leadership
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Create and maintain clear IT documentation (systems, procedures, troubleshooting guides)
- Standardize processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Support cross-training and knowledge sharing to ensure continuity
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of IT support or systems administration experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Experience with Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed teams
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics NAV or Business Central)
- Exposure to cybersecurity best practices

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
