Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on piledriving equipment, including hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical components.
- Operate forklifts and assist with heavy equipment and diesel components.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize work and ensure equipment is ready for upcoming projects.
- Follow all safety protocols and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed.
- Ability to work in physically demanding and often harsh outdoor environments; appropriate PPE will be provided.
- Prior experience with mechanical repair, heavy equipment, or a related field preferred (but not required).
